If, for any reason, you have not experienced the service or product quality you expected, please review the information below and contact us either by phone, fax, email, or on-line using our Instant Messaging system.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s). Charges include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. You can calculate your estimated shipping fee for any product by clicking on the ‘Calculate Shipping’ link at checkout. If you’re logged in, and have previously placed an order with us, your zip code has been saved. If you’re not logged in, enter your zip code or country, to get a shipping cost estimate. You will be given the option of a variety of different delivery services, such as UPS/Ground or UPS/Air, during the checkout process. The “Shipping Calculator” is available in the Shopping Cart, as well. By using the “Shipping Calculator” you can calculate the shipping costs of your total order before you begin checking out. Please note, if you a different shipping method other than UPS/Ground during checkout, your actual shipping cost may be higher. As an added bonus, certain products qualify for free shipping!

Shipping Options:

UPS is our preferred carrier. Expedited shipping options, as noted above, are available for "Rush" deliveries.

  • A Signature may be required upon delivery at the discretion of the UPS Delivery Driver and depending on your location. Packages cannot be re-routed or picked-up from UPS. (Only available in the U.S.)

Delivery Times:

  • If your order is being shipped from G&G Hydraulics Corporation’s Northridge, California facility and is Not being drop-shipped directly from the Manufacturer to a US shipping address, you will get an "Anticipated" Delivery Date for a variety of “Shipping Option” during checkout. "Anticipated" Delivery Dates are based on the Carrier’s standard shipping practices; the shipments destination; and quantity of items ordered. "Anticipated" Delivery Dates are only estimated arrival times. Shipments can be delayed due to Customer Verification Issues or time of order placement. Products that are not normally stocked by either G&G Hydraulics Corporation or the designated Manufacturer cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.
  • Orders may be delivered in separate shipments on separate days.
  • Shipping "Cut-Off" times for all standard domestic "UPS/Ground" shipments are Monday – Friday: 1:00 p.m., PST. "Non-Standard" Shipping methods, such as UPS/AIR deliveries, may require additional processing time.
  • Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at G&G Hydraulics Corporation. Availability of items not normally stocked at our facility will show as “Drop-Ship” from Factory or as a "Special Ordered" item.

Shipping Destinations:

U.S. Customers

  • Shipments to P.O. Box addresses are not accepted by UPS
  • Shipping and Billing Address information can be saved or edited in the "My Account" Section

International Customers

  • We do Not ship worldwide
  • We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the U.S. based on the Manufacturer's restrictions.

Drop Shipments
Items that are designated as "Drop-Shipments" will be shipped to you directly from the Manufacturer. Shipments that are “Drop-Shipped” from the factory generally take about 7-10 days to arrive to U.S. Destinations.

"Special Order" Shipping Information
If any of the items contained in your purchase order include a "Non-Stocked" item, you will be prompted during checkout to choose whether you would like us to ship your order “in-full” or to accept split shipments at no additional cost to you. The "Estimated Delivery" shown at time of check-out based on receipt of your item(s) at our facility.

  • The tracking number you receive from us in an “Order Status” email. Based on time of purchase order placement, tracking information processed through the Carrier’s Web-site may not be updated until that evening. You may also “Track your order” on our Web-site. Shipment “Tracking Information” does Not require you to login.
  • G&G Hydraulics Corporation normally packages orders for shipment Monday – Friday. However, orders packaged on Legal Holidays are not shipped until the following business day. If you receive an email from us on a Legal Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that the shipment will leave our facility on the next business day.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays
  • Please note: All orders are subject to approval by our Verification Department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.

Payment Policy

Credit Cards:

G&G Hydraulics Corporation accepts the following Credit Cards/Payment Methods:

We do Not accept Diners Club Card.

G&G Hydraulics Corporation does not allow multiple Credit Card payments for Web-Site orders. Split credit card payments are accepted for purchase orders placed by phone. Credit Card customers with billing addresses within the fifty (50) United States will not be charged until the order is processed for shipment. Credit Card authorization for the purchase order total occurs at the time the order is placed. Credit Cards with billing addresses outside the fifty (50) United States will be charged, in-full, at the time of your purchase.

Check Policy or "Payments in Advance":

To pay by check or wire transfer, please place your order by phone at 1.818.700.8838 (US customers only). Please mention the "Promotion Code" prior to placing your purchase order to receive any available discounts.

G&G Hydraulics Corporation’s Gift Cards and Coupon Codes:

Gift cards may be applied to all on-line orders. Gift Cards Never expire. Card values can be checked by calling our Customer Service Department at 1.818.700.8838 during regular business hours, M-F between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. “Coupon Codes” having an Expiration Date will be honored up until the time of expiration.

Return Policy:

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. All products are 100% guaranteed to be in good working condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will refund the purchase price, less any manufacturer re-stocking fees, less shipping and handling. Please note, we do not cover return shipping charges or re-stocking fees charged by the manufacturer. Items must be in original packaging and UN-Opened for maxium refund. Opened items can be non-returnable due to Manufacturer Specific Warranty Policies. Some open items may not qualify for a return from the manufacturer due to the risk of product contamination on open containers. Certain manufacturer policies may supersede our policies (i.e. motors, electronics, open packages, etc.). Please consult one of our customer service representatives for item specific information. It is the customer’s responsibility to return any item or items found to be defective within thirty (30) days of receipt via their preferred carrier. All items must be returned in their original container. Verbal or Written Notice of Claims for any missing items or for any items damaged in transit must be received by us within two (2) business days of receipt of the product by notifying us via phone, fax or email. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, please allow 7-10 days for your refund check to be processed. Credit will be issued upon receipt of your returned item(s) only after verification of the issues stated have been addressed by either a representative of G&G Hydraulics Corporation or the designated Manufacturers’ Quality Control Department and determined to be valid within the terms of our Return Policy.


If an item has been return for exchange, and not available from our stock, please allow 1-2 business days for the replacement purchase order to be issued to the manufacturer. Notification of the replacements’ anticipated delivery will be sent via email or fax to the customer’s attention.

No Return/Exchange on the following:

Special “made-to-order” products are Non-Refundable. Most online items found in our store Do Not fall into this category. Please consult our inside sales representatives at (818) 700-8838 for further details.

Warranty Policy:

Warranties vary by each Manufacturer’s specific Warranty Policy. You may review each of our Manufacturer’s Warranty Policies by visiting their Web-site. To locate a specific Manufacturer go to and click on our “Line Card”. G&G Hydraulics Corporation warranties all items purchased through us for a period of six (6) months from receipt by our customer

Please carefully read all conditions as provided in this Policy Statement. If conditions are not met, G&G Hydraulics Corporation reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals and all accessories

G&G Hydraulics Corporation is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

G&G Hydraulics Corporation is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any product purchased through our company. We are responsible for the monetary value of the product only. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our desertion for the same model or the manufacturer’s equivalent model.
