The No. 9503 valve uses a 3-way/4-way, 2-position design and includes pressure-port check valves. Its handle swings 90 degrees and can be repositioned in 22.5-degree intervals to suit the installation. The valve is rated for a maximum pressure of 5,000 PSI, maximum flow of 5 GPM, and maximum return-line pressure of 500 PSI.

Remote mounting is useful when the pump cannot be positioned at the operator’s workstation. The 9503 places manual hydraulic control at the machine or fixture while allowing the power source to remain separate. Note: When using the No. 9503 valve in multiple-fixture applications with a single power source, Hytec recommends that check valve No. 206330 or No. 500171 be connected to the tank port to prevent return-line back pressure from actuating released single-acting components or causing pressure fluctuations in double-acting systems. Valve No. 100154 has a built-in check valve.
